Effective October 15, 2026. Terrain Research LLC uses the information you provide to review and respond to property research and real estate inquiries. Information you provide
The property request form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, property location or parcel identifier, intended use, timing, questions, requested service, and whether you have an agent. Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or sensitive transaction documents through the public form.
How the information is used
We use inquiry information to assess scope and service fit, organize a property research file, communicate about the specific request, prepare research and report drafts, and coordinate services you request. Contact consent in this intake is specific to the inquiry; it is not an enrollment in SMS or bulk marketing.
Service providers and AI-assisted work
The current workflow uses WordPress, Google Forms, Google Drive, Gmail, and Zapier to receive and manage requests. Calendly supports scheduling. BoldTrail and Dotloop may be used when a request moves into an approved brokerage or transaction workflow. Property descriptions and research questions may be processed by AI tools within Zapier to assist with public-source research and drafting. AI output is treated as unverified until reviewed; it does not replace professional due diligence. Service providers operate under their own privacy and security terms.
Records, access, and your requests
We retain information while handling the inquiry and as needed for applicable business and real estate recordkeeping obligations. You may request correction or deletion by emailing terrainresearch@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained because of a transaction, legal obligation, or an unresolved matter. We may ask you to verify your identity before changing or releasing inquiry records.
Website services and external links
Embedded Google Forms and links to Calendly or brokerage property-search services take you to services operated by those providers. Their cookies, account features, and privacy policies apply to your interactions there. Website hosting and security services may process routine technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs. Browser settings and the site’s cookie controls, where displayed, can help manage optional cookies.
